Ilya Ben-Rashid is 22 and lived in Shahin Shahr. Published reports describe a death sentence issued by Branch Five of Isfahan’s Revolutionary Court on a charge of “moharebeh.” A judicial accusation is not an established fact about his conduct.
Reports give conflicting arrest dates: January 12 and January 22, 2026. HumanInChain has not resolved that discrepancy or directly obtained the judgment. His situation and access to a lawyer of his choosing require urgent attention.
